熱轉(zhuǎn)移印花是近幾年來國際上逐漸興起的一種印染新工藝。首先，用高級(jí)印刷技術(shù)將特殊的印染（水性或者油性），把所有需要的花色圖案印刷到特種的紙上，制成帶有各種花式的轉(zhuǎn)移印花紙，然后在轉(zhuǎn)移印花機(jī)上，將轉(zhuǎn)移印花紙上印有圖案的一面與被印織物密合后，通過熱和壓力的作用，使用花紙的染料產(chǎn)生升華作用，轉(zhuǎn)移到被印織物上，在被印織物上形成所需的各種圖案。
本廠引進(jìn)意大利并根據(jù)市場需求不斷專研、改進(jìn)、開發(fā)zy系列轉(zhuǎn)移印花機(jī)，本機(jī)配套自動(dòng)控邊進(jìn)布器和自動(dòng)驗(yàn)卷機(jī)，使整個(gè)印布過程更為方便。
transfer printing is a new technology developed during recentyears.firstly, print kinds of pattern on the transfer printingpaperthrough special printing technology (by water-based orsolvent-baseddye). secondly, under the action of heat and pressureof heattransferring machine, the sublimated dye will betransferred to thetextile which just being printed. by the twosteps above, therequired patterns are fastened on the textile.
this machine has self-contained automatic selvage-controlentrancekeeper and automatic inspecting and rolling machine, whichmake thewhole printing process more convenient.
主要特點(diǎn)：
main features:
1.整機(jī)式主機(jī)機(jī)架，堅(jiān)固不易變形、轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，導(dǎo)布機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)靈巧，操作簡便。機(jī)器的主要部件主滾筒內(nèi)部設(shè)有內(nèi)循環(huán)系統(tǒng)。通過電加熱、油導(dǎo)熱，使?jié)L筒表面溫度控制在±1℃左右。
2.采用pid自動(dòng)溫控儀，自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)保溫電流控制精度高。
3.手動(dòng)退毯帶裝置，升降溫時(shí)脫開毯帶，延長毯帶使用壽命。
4.本機(jī)設(shè)有布邊紙及墊紙裝置，降低毛毯污染，減少清洗次數(shù)。
5.轉(zhuǎn)印后之成品免處理，花樣色彩鮮明，柔軟光麗，保持色質(zhì)經(jīng)久不變。
6.印花速度控制采用變頻控制。
7.溫度范圍：220-250℃

3. the manual blanket-belt reversal device can make theblanket-beltrunoff when heating up or cooling down, so it canextend servicelife of the blanket-belt;
4. there is a paper-backing device for selvage-paper, whichcandecrease the pollution of the blanket, and reduce thecleaningtimes;
5. the finished fabric does not need any further treatment.theprinted fabric is full of vivid & bright color, softandbeautiful outlook, also the printed color is durable.
6. adopt stepless variable speed control;
7. printing temperature range: 220-250℃
